CINESPIA Home Alone Pajama Party 12•17•17

Thursday, December 21, 2017

On Sunday night Kevin and I went to the Downtown Los Angeles Theater for Cinespias showing of Home Alone, an ultimate Christmas classic. Not only was it festive, but it was a PAJAMA PARTY so we were super excited! It was also 21+ event so you know I had to enjoy a beer while I was there. They had Christmas song classics playing through out the hall, and the photo booth was decked out with a Christmas Tree and some fun props from Home Alone (not sure if they were the actual props but it was so cool)!  It was a much needed fun night after finals!

They also had free ice cream from McConnells, we had Peppermint Stick during the movie.

I went on the hunt for a nice robe and bunny slippers. I was lucky enough to find this warm cozy robe at Nordstrom. This robe was so warm, we were walking in downtown at 6 pm in 60 degree weather and I didn't feel cold at ALL. If you know me you know I'm easily cold so this was PERFECT. Next was finding bunny slippers, I 've always wanted a pair when I was little! Yes, I am 22 years old but now I can finally afford it! I found these at Kohls and they were by Lauren Conrad a casual style icon so I was like YAS and  my inner child was content! FYI I'll link everything I purchased below!

Photobooth!

I had the pleasure of seeing Kelly again at Cinespia and she snapped a shot of me! I'll link her website and Insta below, she's talented and awesome!

Cinespia usually does movies at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery one of my favorite places in the summer time. They project on the wall film classics and cult favorites. Before the movie they play awesome music and there's a themed photo booth which prompt people to dress up in character costumes from the movie. (For me it's a must!) Its also an all ages event but the fun part, you can bring your own booze and food! no spirits though. Cinespia at the cemetery runs from May through October. During the holidays and Valentines day they do movies at either the Palace Theater or the  Los Angeles Theater! These are usually 21+ events. The theaters are historic Los Angeles palace movie theaters that amaze me every time I go in. They are usually not open to the public so if you ever have the chance to go and check it out GO! Happy Holidays everyone! xoxo
