I'm finally sharing with you guys my everyday makeup! This is the makeup I wear on a regular basis to work, run errands, something easy and quick. Now for more fuller coverage, I've posted my go-to foundations as well. So let us start!
- For brows, I use my holy grail item Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow wiz in medium brown and glossier's boy brow in black.
- For coverage, I love using the Color Theory Creme Corrector from Au Naturale Cosmetics. As you know from my previous post, I absolutely love this gem! After I've corrected my dark circles I apply my stretch concealer from Glossier in dark on any spots I most need coverage (underneath the eyes, blemishes, dark spots, you know the drill)
- For eyes since I'm in a rush I love using glossiers lid star in slip! Then I curl my lashes and apply about three coats of glossier's mascara!
- To bring color to my face I love using my Juice beauty creme blush in orange blossom I got in my April beauty box and then on top of that I like glossier's cloud paint in beam!
- I also use Glossier's Haloscope in Quartz, which I forgot to put in the photo but adds the perfect amount of shine to my cheek bones and nose!
I don't use heavy coverage foundations because medium coverage do the job for me! So if I'm going for a full face foundation/medium coverage I use the The Body Shops Fresh Nude Foundation in Sicily Amber. Now online it says light to medium but it really does cover a lot and doesn't feel heavy at all! I like to go in with a real techniques brush and buff it in and then apply Color Theory Creme Corrector from Au Naturale Cosmetics to brighten up the eye and then apply the Wet n Wild Photo Focus concealer in Light/medium beige for that brightness that doesn't look TOOO white. I blend it in with real techniques version of the beauty blender! If I want light to medium coverage I reach for my IT Cosmetics You Skin But Better CC+ Cream in tan! I can apply it with my fingers or use the same buffing brush to get more coverage. I usually like to use this during the spring and summer because it can get so hot and I HATE the feeling on a heavy foundation on my skin, although The Body Shop foundation isn't heavy I wouldn't wear it during the summer unless it's a special event. Plus the CC creme has SPF 50+ which is perfect for the summer time!
So that's my basic makeup for the Spring and Summer light, easy, and quick!
