Bonsoir friends! Today I am going to show you a few products I've been loving lately from the brand Zabana Essentials! I've recently have become a beauty ambassador for Zabana Essentials and I can't begin to tell you how over the moon I am! This brand is a Cali local,cruelty free, vegan brand from San Diego! I first stumbled upon their products with Petit Vour and I've written about two products before but now I have some new favorites in this months haul.
First product I want to talk about is their Deodorant Stick in ROSE WATER! The transition from regular deodorants and all natural ones can be a little tricky. The site even has a page DEDICATED to this dilemma. Have you ever looked at the ingredients in deodorants?? some of them can surprise you, like alcohol, or ALUMINUM?!?! The deodorant is potent non-toxic odor protective stick, essentially, with botanical and mineral blends of Odor Absorbing, Antibacterial, and Soothing ingredients. This beauty smells divine, as if you rubbed fresh rose petals from your lover's bouquet into your arm pits. I sweat a lot I'm not shy about it, I go to the gym after class, and work out for about an hour and go home and make some food before showering my body from the sweatiness. The deodorant works amazingly better than others that I have tried before, but you have to remember the transition from regular deodorant to an all natural deodorant like this takes some time.
Ever since I tried this product in sample size I've been dying to get my hands on it! So this is my holy grail exfoliant the Face Scrub Banana Colloidal Oatmeal. This is an amazing scrub/mask that is made to hydrate, soothe, repair, and pamper dry skin. This is coming in handy especially now in the dry and cold seasons. It's safe for daily use but I mostly use this after the gym to deep clean my pores from sweat and dirt. Simply take a small amount, like a finger scoop, and massage it in circular motions on your face. Rise and continue with your toner and moisturizer.
I also got a sample size of their Face Balm Tamanu Calendula! I've also tried this baby and it works really great! It's meant to combat acne, redness, scars, dermatitis and reduce lines and wrinkles! A little goes a long way so you only have to warm a dime size amount and massage it all over your skin!
The last product on this haul is the Scalp + Hair Tonic Burdock Horsetail. I have recently suffered from dandruff and an itchy scalp, I don't know where it came from really. I think it's mainly caused by stress but my dad also had it. I also have really oily hair, I have to wash my hair everyday other wise it's like I rubbed oil all over my scalp. ANYWHO, so I needed something that can help me combat dandruff and an itchy snap and this baby has done wonders!!! It's a leave in tonic that works to banish dandruff, itchiness, excess oils! Literally all three points I need to work on! Not only has this helped my itchy scalp, but my hair isn't as oily as it used to be. It takes time but this is a wonderful concoction. You simply spray directly onto the scalp and roots before styling-wet or dry- and brush out the product.
