Hello beautiful people! I've been MIA for a while because I've just started University!!! I've never had so much going on in my life, school, work, personal things all at once! After four weeks I'm finally getting into the flow of things here in my new home and environment. As you know I'm no stranger to being a perfectionist/organizer as a Virgo, but hey, it helps me keep my shit in place! So these are a few tips I have for you lovelies on being organized and doing the best you can to not procrastinate.

  • Get yourself a planner, I like a planner that displays the month and then the weeks following afterward. Being able to see the month helps be really focus on what I need to do and when I need to do it. During the weekly section I like to add the extra details on things that are due or things to get done. I adore this planner from Anthropolgie because it's very cute and doesn't have the metal rings exposed because I find those wear down easily in my backpacks.
  • I then like using a different weekly planner notepad where I can map out my game plan for the week, redundant yes, but it really doesn't hurt to have schedule, especially if you want to be able to go out, take some time for yourself etc. I got this adorable notepad from Etsy! It's actually on sale right now and the shop has many more other cute things!
  • Always looks ahed at your schedule plan everything out
  • Try and get ahead of the syllabus if possible, I usually like to have any big projects done at least 2 days before it's actually due so I don't have to freak out about it later on.
  • Give yourself a reasonable time to get things done, if you know you're going to procrastinate do not push your workload
